The Beginning of an Era

 Welcome to a project that will take me restless nights and early mornings. This is the beginning of a new time for me, a better one I hope. From this point on, I will never watch another movie again without analyzing the camera angles and the use of mise-en-scene to clue me in on the overall plot. Mystery movies might not be much of a mystery anymore. The time has come to make a film of my own and I'm excited as ever. Ideas have come to me before but I think the main one I'll focus on will be a thriller genre. 

Throughout this process, I will focus on my blog posts and keeping my audience informed of my previous, present, and next steps. You won't be left behind! 

My film will be a thriller and be based about two women that seem to be hiding something- and someone knows. Thriller and suspense genres tend to keep the audience engaged in a film and on the edge of their seat. Some viewers may be confused on the plot and this is what keeps their eyes glued to the screen and dying to know what is coming next. After doing a bit of research, it became clear that most people believe thrillers are both: engaging and entertaining to make. I hope I can accomplish this within my own film and that you'll follow me through to see my progress!
